"Not a fan of this"
The start was promising. But, you know, if you offer a free trial and I’m left hanging without any notice, that’s kinda awkward. I tried to download, but it just crashed saying the server wasn’t responding, and that was that. Then, when I tried to wrap up the trial, it crashed again, claiming my account was inactive. So, how am I supposed to use this thing properly?

"No Complaints Here"
I can't say anything negative. The speed was fantastic; I maxed out my 500GBIT lane. The retention was also top-notch.
However, it's best to purchase during events like Cyber Friday, Cyber Week, or Christmas. I only pay 18€ annually.

"Reliable Connection"
Solid connectivity and excellent retention for content. I've been using the Usenetserver service for nearly two years now, and I haven't run into any issues.

"Generally decent, but lacking some posts"
This service is missing a number of nzb's that you can find on other popular channels.
The speed is alright.
The logging (or lack thereof) is okay.
The available ssl is satisfactory.
However, the inconsistency in content can be a bit annoying at times.

"Always there when you need it"
The service is consistently accessible. Quick and dependable. The VPN functions smoothly. Honestly, I'm not sure what else to mention. I can't recall a moment during my time with Usenetserver when I couldn't get into their servers.

"Great Value, Reliable Service, and Fair Pricing"
Excellent service and solid retention rates. They might not be the lowest priced option out there, but I reckon they’re the top pick if you’re looking to pay with credit cards.

"Most items are pretty much spot on..."
I reckon most items are pretty much spot on if you receive them in a day or so, the cost is fair, and I’ve never noticed articles vanish like I have with other services, and trust me, I’ve given a bunch of them a go. Overall, this has been the best service I’ve used so far; my only hope is that you could set up a server in the UK, where there aren’t any laws stopping the posting of regular TV shows that are available for free here and on the network websites.

I've been a customer of Usenetserver for over 25 years now. They’ve consistently provided a service that either matches or surpasses all their rivals in terms of uptime, retention, and speed of data transfer. Equally important, on those rare times I needed to reach out to their support team, my problems were always sorted out quickly, effectively, and with a lot of respect. The Usenet agents I've interacted with, whether by phone or email, have always been super polite, friendly, and just plain great at what they do. I’ve always felt like they genuinely wanted to assist me, and they’ve never let me down.

"Speed Matches the Claims"
The speed really does match what they said, and I haven't run into any throttling problems like some folks worry about. Retention is solid, but I gotta say, article completion can be a bit of a hassle. That might be out of the hands of usenet servers, considering all the takedown notices and the movie industry flooding usenet with fake or corrupted uploads, plus those malware-ridden empty big files. Overall, though, it's a decent bang for your buck.

"Experiencing Slow Transfer Rates for a While"
I was dealing with sluggish transfer speeds for a couple of weeks. Then, I signed up with a different provider, and my downloads shot right back up.

"Completion rate of 99% is laughable!"
The service is decent, but honestly, that 99% completion rate feels like a joke. I keep running into tons of aborted errors that just don’t complete.
